Vincent Fanini was born in New York (USA) on 20th October 1965, where he lived until 1978. He is married and has two brilliant sons.

After attending primary and lower secondary school at the private and catholic institute San Pio X in the Queens District in New York, he obtained the Scientific Lyceum Diploma in Ascoli Piceno and the degree in Law at the Law Faculty in Teramo.

In 1994 he passed the forensic professional qualifying exam at the Court of Appeal in L’Aquila, and punctually enrolled in the Registry of Lawyers in Teramo.

Admitted to the Supreme Court.
